The District The first phase of The District, located on the west side of Green Valley Parkway, features fifty fine shops and restaurants with eighty-eight flats and lofts located above the shops. Adding to the downtown environment are offices located above the shops as well as in a separate three-story office building.

The second phase of The District is located directly across the street on the east side of Green Valley Parkway and is now open. The Cheesecake Factory was the first business to open in phase two on August 1, 2005. Whole Foods Market, the world’s largest retailer of
